Here at Louisiana Roofing Claims Service(LRCS) we stand behind our product and offer a 10 year Limited Warranty on our roofing projects. This warranty covers your roof from any manufacturing defects and installation defects that are not caused by normal wear and tear. When used and maintained appropriately, LRCS guarantees that our roofing treatments, products and new systems will remain structurally sound and waterproof . Normal wear and tear, fading of surfaces, and general aging, which is common of any outdoor product that is exposed to natural elements, is not covered under warranty. As with our manufacturers warranty's all LRCS warranty's are void if the roof has been exposed to winds of a named storm event. This warranty, The Hurricane proof your roof warranty, entitles you to immediate response and temporary repairs in time of a named storm or other natural disaster which has caused minor or major structural damage to your roofing system and we will dry in your structure immediately upon notice*. This warranty is transferable for 30 days following the closing of your property to a new home owner. Please download a certificate and file with your deed, although LRCS will honor the warranty of any homeowner with whom we have done business with for a period of ten years, no questions asked. * Emergency repair and response fees will be billed to your home owners insurance provider as required..
